The outdoor common areas found in Edgebrook are for the use and enjoyment of all residents and their guests. As a respect to all residents, please follow these guidelines while using these common areas:
- Pick up after your pet.
- Your pets must be on a leash.
- Cigaratte debris and all other litter should be deposited in your trash can at home.
- Be quiet and courteous to the residents around the common areas.
